+===What do we mean by federated?===
+This is an adhoc network of nodes. We'd love for the network to grow to be as interconnected and decentralized as possible but it's up to users how they want to participate within the framework of technologies and core services. This is very much a choose your own adventure, hacker collective, type of network. Want to try something weird? Let us know! That is absolutely what we are here for.
+===What do we mean by safe?===
+Disparaging comments towards individuals or groups will absolutely not be tolerated. This is not a "free speech," as in free to be dehumanizing or discriminatory, space. If a remark could get you written up at work or school, it will certainly get you swiftly ejected from the network. Please, just be nice; you know what that feels like.
+===What do we mean by inclusive?===
+If you have an interest in amateur radio packet networks, licensed or not*, that means you! We will try our best to meet any and all accessibility requests so long as it doesn't compromise community safety. If something is not working for you, it's not working for us!

+We welcome, celebrate, and raise up LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC people here. We wish to drive the inclusion of traditionally marginalized groups in amateur radio.
